I am experiencing sudden loss of clear vision, difficulty standing or walking, and a lack of appetite. I have not used any medication for this, and although I had an EKG and CAT scan that found nothing, I believe I was bitten by a tick. What should I do?

I've been experiencing red blemishes like spots around my forehead, eyelids, and cheeks. They come and go, and this time they appeared more frequently. I haven't taken any medication for this, and it's been about a month. I thought it could be due to heat or bad allergies. I haven't seen a dermatologist yet. What could these spots be, and what should I do about them?

I was diagnosed with a hiatal hernia last year and symptoms have been semi-contained with pantoprazole until about two weeks ago. I now can’t get good breaths at all, have had low-grade fever on and off, am nauseous, and tired all the time. Should I go to the ER? I have an appointment with the surgeon on the 22nd.
