Why do my hands shake in the morning and will the shaking ever go away? After a few drinks at night, the shaking stops.

I have several herniated discs in my thoracic spine and I’ve tried several steroid injections as well as several months of physical therapy. Nothing has helped even a little bit and the back specialist said because nothing has helped that surgery would not help either. They said there is nothing else they can do for me at this point so they’re referring me to a rheumatologist. What kind of treatment will a rheumatologist try for back pain?
