My wife has been vomiting non-stop for the last 3 hours. She has not used any medication and has not seen a doctor about this before. Is there anything else in her medical history that the Doctor should know?

I have been vomiting since 8:00 PM last night, unable to sleep, and experiencing diarrhea since 5:00 AM this morning. I have vomited approximately 6-7 times, including projectile vomiting, and I am very pale and shaking. I am 70 years old and taking Enlafax, blood pressure medication, Trajenta for blood sugar, Nexium, and Diabex with Cavstat at night. I had a bladder infection 12 days ago, have had diarrhea for the past 14 days, and have been experiencing headaches and noise in my ears/head when lying down. What should I do?
