I had a CT scan to confirm a nodule on my lung, but the result showed no nodule. However, I'm concerned about other findings, including heart size, aortic atherosclerosis, lung scarring, atelectasis, and a small thyroid nodule. I also have a persistent cough, exhaustion, seasonal asthma, and a history of tuberculosis and lung cancer in my family. Could these findings and symptoms be related, and what should I do next?
