I am experiencing a persistent and recurring UTI that has been on and off for about 2 weeks. It responds to D-mannose supplements but returns if I miss a dose or lower the dose. At what point should I go to the doctor for further testing, and what additional steps can I take to manage this condition?

I think I have a urinary tract infection. Do I need to see a doctor, or will it go away if I drink a lot of water? I have the sensation to urinate frequently, but only a little comes out, and there is a tingling or burning when I pee. My urine is clear, and I have not seen a doctor about this. I had a physical check-up on July 1st, but this issue was not discussed because I did not have symptoms then. I am 57 years old, female, and the symptoms started yesterday but got better after drinking a lot of water, only to start again this morning. I have to urinate about every 10-15 minutes, but I don't believe I have a fever. I have no past illnesses and took ibuprofen this morning.

I was on augmentum for an ear infection 2 weeks ago and now have severe pressure in my left side of nose and fullness in my ear. My doctor prescribed me a zpack and prednisone for inflamed sinuses, but I'm still experiencing some pressure after finishing the pills. Could this be a fungal infection, sinus cancer, or sinusitis? I'm worried because this has never happened before and the meds didn't seem to help. Should I be concerned about something serious, and is it okay to wait until next week to see an ENT?
