I am experiencing chronic intestinal issues, weight loss, chronic diarrhea, chronic anemia, low white blood cells, hypothyroidism (Hashimoto's), myopathy affecting my eyes and ability to walk, muscle spasms, ocular manifestations, loss of vision in one eye, and unusual muscle sensations. I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy 6 years ago that showed chronic atrophic ileitis and duodenitis, but the results were never interpreted. I have a high genetic probability of celiac disease but have never tested positive in blood tests. What could be causing these issues and what steps should I take?

I have provided detailed information about my situation, including advice from my daughter's pediatrician and my lactation consultant, and I need a signed letter from an MD to present to the cruise line for exemption.
