I am experiencing continuous pressure and pain in the middle abdomen, just above the naval and extending to the ribs, for the past 25 days. The symptoms worsen after eating and are more pronounced as pressure compared to pain. Bowel movements exacerbate the pain. I have had normal blood tests and a barium meal, and I am currently taking pariet 20mg for 14 days without relief. Additionally, I have been feeling a tightness or lump sensation in my throat for the past two days. Could this be caused by IBS or a peptic ulcer, and why am I experiencing throat tightness?
