I am experiencing ear fullness, crackling sound when swallowing, and muffled hearing, which I believe is due to my eustachian tubes. I am currently using Nasonex and Azelastine nasal sprays, taking daily Claritin, and previously took prednisone. My symptoms typically flare up during pollen season and after having Covid. I also have a deviated septum and sleep apnea. What can I do to relieve these symptoms, and is there an over-the-counter medication stronger than Claritin that could help?

I am concerned about colon cancer. I have been on antibiotics for a tooth extraction and my stomach has been a little off. I have had some loose bowel movements and today I felt like I had to go and I strained hard but there was nothing there. When I wiped to make sure there was nothing there but there was blood. I wiped a few times and my rectum was bleeding. Later I had diarrhea again and there was no blood. But when I checked a couple of hours later I can wipe my rectum and there is blood and it now feels really irritated. Could this be anal cancer?

I have vaginal itching and lower back ache, mostly on the right side. I am a 53-year-old woman in menopause, which started about 7 years ago when I started taking tamoxifen. I still experience hot flashes. The itching started 2 days ago, and the lower back ache has been on and off for 2 weeks. There is a small amount of white vaginal discharge. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I went to see a family physician last night who examined my vagina and said it was highly unlikely that I would have an STD based on not seeing any herpes blisters and not having switched sexual partners within around 70 days. He noticed lacerations but no herpes blisters. My symptoms like pain, itching, and swelling have gone down minimally day by day. The labia majora is not swollen or tender anymore, but the labia minora and the area around the vagina entry still have lacerations and are very tender to touch. How long can I expect these spots to fully heal, and should I be concerned if they are still tender after 10 days? Additionally, do you have any advice to help with pain after urinating?
