I am experiencing significant pain in my right knee, which has undergone two surgeries (ACL in 2011 and meniscus in 2013), and new, nagging shoulder pain in my left shoulder. I am currently using OTC ibuprofen but it hasn't helped. What could be causing these issues and what can I do for relief?
