I am feeling dizzy, nauseous, weak, and have on and off sweating, anxiety, and increased dehydration. I have been a vegan for almost 2 years and wonder if I am lacking vitamin B12. I bought vitamin B12 500mcg and am unsure if it's okay to take one daily. Additionally, I have Claritin and magnesium 400mg. What should I do?
