I am going to a gastroenterologist for a sour stomach and diarrhea that I've had off and on for 6 months. I see my regular doctor every three months for lab work related to diabetes, thyroid, and cholesterol. I am overweight and eat poorly. I have no surgeries in my medical history and am generally in good health at 74 years old. What questions should I ask the gastroenterologist?

My daughter hurt her ankle at dance on Monday night. There is no swelling or pain, but she walks with a slight limp and says it hurts a little when she walks. We have been doing RICE. Should I switch to heat since there is no swelling and pain when she is sitting?

I have red spots on the roof of my mouth, along with smaller white ones more densely gathered toward the back. The red ones are about 1/4" in diameter and the white ones are pinhead size. They are not terribly sore, but I noticed some unusual feeling. What could this be and what could it be from?

I had a CT scan of my adrenal gland to check if a growth was stable, and the report mentioned 'stable: 16.7mm adenoma.' However, it also mentioned 'Mild nonspecific mucosal and submucosal wall prominence of the transverse colon.' What does this mean?

I had shingles 10 years ago and have been on Entyvio for my Crohn's. Now experiencing some pain in the exact same area, fatigue, but no rash. Am I contagious?
