I am having acute prostatitis pain. It started suddenly about an hour or two ago. I am taking antibiotics for prostatitis/UTI, but have only started a week ago. I took 2 Advil and the pain has not decreased. Is it safe to take a 5-325mg Oxycodone on top of the 400mg Advil? If the pain doesn't stop, what should I do? Is this life-threatening?

I have a staph infection, possibly MRSA, and I've been taking antibiotics but they are not helping. The infection has grown larger and causes immense pain, even with minimal movement. Should I go to the hospital?

I received a reactive result to my syphilis test that was 1:1, which is negative but reactive. I also took an HIV 4G test at the same time and it came up negative. Can I rule out HIV as the factor in the reaction since the antigens would need to be present for the antibodies to come into play?

I had a biopsy on my prostate a month ago and my semen is dark brown, sometimes with black fluid dripping out. My urine is also dark. I have discussed this with a doctor who found a very small cancer with low recurrence. My medical history includes high blood pressure regulated with amlodipine and losartan, low dose aspirin, and hemorrhoids. What could be causing these symptoms and should I be concerned?
