I just had an epidural for an SI joint issue on Monday and was feeling better yesterday, but today I am in so much pain. Why is this happening, and what type of pain should I expect?

I have been experiencing constant, sharp, and stabbing pain in my upper left shoulder for the past 4 days. The pain does not worsen with movement and there is no numbness or weakness in my left hand. I have tried icing the area, but it no longer seems to help. What can I do for the pain, especially since I do not have a doctor or insurance?

I’m on metoprolol succinate er 12.5 mg once daily at night to help with heart racing and SVT at night. Today, my heart rate has been in the 60’s most of the day. Is it okay to still take the metoprolol?

I recently returned from a vacation at a lake and developed a cold, which has now led to a plugged ear. The ear doesn't hurt but sounds are muffled, and it feels plugged. I've had a cough since Tuesday and feel congested in my head. I'm 26 years old, not using any medications, and have been dealing with some popping and stuffy ears for a couple of weeks before this cold. Can a cold cause this, and is there anything I can do to alleviate the symptoms?

I'm 21 years old, male, and have a family history of IBS and Crohn's Disease. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to manage them until my doctor's appointment?
