I had a sensual massage where the masseuse was nude and straddled me with my penis behind her, finishing me off with her hands. No penetration occurred. Now, I have discomfort at the tip of my penis and a burn or itch on the shaft, but no visible rash. Am I at risk for STDs/STIs, or am I being paranoid?

I am 73 years old and recently fell on my hip. My hip feels okay other than the usual arthritis, but I have a 12-inch bruise that is a severe dark purple and getting darker. Can it lead to any serious problems such as a clot? I haven't seen a doctor yet, but I take a lot of medications including regular infusions of ORENCIA for rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and other immune problems. I also take daily arthritis meds, anti-anxiety meds, and hydrocodone for pain. I am a 100% disabled veteran from Vietnam and am allergic to penicillin and Remicade.

I have had a history of unexplained bleeding and a thick endometrium following a miscarriage. I am concerned about the possibility of cancer, especially given the recent spotting and gushing of blood. What could be causing this bleeding, and should I be worried about cancer?

I have been experiencing recurring mouth sores, particularly on the left side of my mouth, including on my tongue and inside my cheek. I have been on a low-carb, high-fat diet for the last five weeks and have been drinking bulletproof coffee and warm lemon water each morning for the last three weeks. I also take topical estrogen cream nightly. What could be causing these mouth sores and how can I address them?

My stools have been like examples 4 and 6 for a long time but more frequently lately. I'm able to have these types of bowel movements almost every time I urinate. I thought it was from smoothies but I've had smoothies less lately. I have been very depressed and suffer from anxiety, just went back on meds, and had hernia surgery a week and a half ago, but it was very similar before that. Just a little more frequent now. Sometimes I have completely normal bowel movements but the other kinds (4/6) are very frequent. How long have you been dealing with this? Is there anything in particular that seems to make the symptoms better or worse?
