I am in severe pain since I was thrown about 5 feet and slammed to the floor. I am not looking for pain management, as you will wind up there forever, you know. My doctor reviewed my recent chest X-ray and noted a 'pocket' or 'growth' on the lower left lobe of my left lung, which is the same area where I had a spontaneous pneumothorax 25 years ago. What is my doctor looking for with the CT scan, and what are the possible conditions that could be causing this issue?

I went to an ENT for hoarseness and was diagnosed with tremor of the vocal cords, possibly due to Parkinson's Disease (PD) or the medication Klonopin. I have had hoarseness for nearly four months, which occurs when I raise my voice, but I have no other symptoms of PD. Could Klonopin cause hoarseness, and is it possible to have PD with no other signs?
