I am having severe shoulder pain in the same area where I had a flu shot almost a month ago. Could I still have a reaction to the shot? The pain started three days ago and has worsened since. I am unable to move my shoulder much and find it difficult to get dressed. Heat, ibuprofen, and Aleve help alleviate the pain. I had a similar issue a year ago that resolved after five days.

I have been experiencing epigastric pain since May, which has not improved with Omeprazole and Naproxen. The pain radiates to my back and is exacerbated by alcohol and rich foods. I have had normal blood tests and an ultrasound with low visibility of the pancreas. I am concerned about pancreatic cancer due to the symptoms and lack of clear diagnosis. What could be causing this pain and should I be worried about pancreatic cancer?

I have three problems: 1) Burning sensation in my abdomen, left and right side, which has been getting more noticeable and is constant, especially on the right side; 2) The need to wipe frequently, sometimes with red toilet paper, unrelated to bowel movements; 3) Rare, sharp abdominal pain that makes me need to bend over. What could these symptoms indicate, and what should I do?

I had pneumonia last October and experienced severe cough and shortness of breath. By November, I was almost completely better. However, now in March, every time I run, my lung efficiency worsens, causing nighttime breathing difficulties and fatigue. My inhaler helps, but I want to have naturally healthy lungs.
