I have a history of severe anxiety, which has worsened after my father's death, manifesting as physical symptoms like muscle spasms, cognitive issues such as feeling dissociated and experiencing false recalls, and health anxiety. I take citalopram 40mg daily and use marijuana occasionally. Is this normal with high anxiety issues, or could I potentially have something neurologically wrong with me?

I’m 37, single, and in a wheelchair due to Spinal Muscular Atrophy. I use a full-time ventilator and a wheelchair. I usually masturbate 3 times a week and want to know if this is a healthy amount and if ejaculation has health benefits.
