I am in Florida and can't get Cymbalta prescribed for my Fibromyalgia by my Canadian doctor as he says he is not licensed to prescribe medication in the US. What can I do? What kind of withdrawal symptoms can I expect as I am about to run out of my medication?

My stomach has swelled to the point where I look pregnant and I've been having lower back pain when I'm just standing. I had a perforated ulcer 7 years ago and had emergency surgery. What can cause my stomach to enlarge and is there a treatment for it?

I mistakenly took 2 doses of NyQuil. Am I at risk for liver damage, given that the warning states more than 4 doses in a 24-hour period can cause severe liver damage? After that double dose, I didn't take any more doses over that time period.

My father was on blood thinner and had dark bowel movements. The doctor told him to stop the medicine, but his bowels have still been black for the last three days. Should I be concerned and seek medical attention, or will this resolve itself once the medicine is out of his body?

I fell off my horse hard while galloping and jumping on December 22nd, 2012. I landed on my sacrum and experienced severe back pain and sacral pain immediately after the fall. I have a burst fracture of L1, but nothing was seen on x-rays for my pelvis/hip/sacrum/coccyx. My head and neck were not checked. An MRI showed disc issues at L5-S1 and some bruising of the spinal cord and edema. I am in a lot of pain in my sacrum, especially in the morning, and have muscle spasms if I don't take muscle relaxers and pain meds. I also have pain in my SI joints and some numbness on my butt. Should I pursue an MRI for my sacral pain, and should I start physical therapy now or wait until I am at least 8 weeks out?

I have a persistent pain in the middle left of my back (around the kidney area) that has started to radiate to the same area on my abdomen. I've had the pain for a while now, and a recent pelvic scan didn't show any kidney issues. In the past few days, I've also been experiencing nausea, especially soon after eating, and my back and abdomen are tender to the touch. Additionally, I've been feeling unusually hot more frequently, even when sitting at my desk at work. What could be causing this pain and these symptoms, and what further tests or treatments do you recommend?
