I am on vacation in Hawaii with my family and have had diarrhea for the past few days. I don’t have any other symptoms and feel pretty good except for that. My fiancé was also sick with chills and stomach issues and was prescribed theraflu, which helped him recover. I’m not sure if I’m getting this from him or if I have something else going on. I’m also on my period, which started around the same time as the diarrhea, and I usually don’t have diarrhea after the first day of my period. Should I be concerned, and is there anything I can do to alleviate the symptoms?

My blood pressure was elevated at 165/95. I took 40mg of propranolol, which I'm concerned might be too much. Will it slow my heart rate too much? Additionally, I noticed changes in my ECG readings, with the height of the R wave becoming higher than usual. Is this something to worry about, and could it be related to the propranolol?

I am interested in Wegovy for weight loss. I am 77 years old, female, 5' 6" tall, and 178 lbs. I have Humana Medicare insurance. I discussed this with my primary care doctor who was not willing to help. I have Rheumatoid arthritis and am taking Enbrel SureClick once a week and methotrexate once a week. I am no longer on prednisone. All bloodwork has been within range. Can you help?

I have been experiencing bleeding during bowel movements, mostly on the toilet paper, and sometimes blood spots on the feces. I have been diagnosed with anal fissures and have been using a cream called Pranicura since December 12, as prescribed, but I don't feel any improvement. Should I consider a different treatment approach?

I have problems with my nose, chest, and throat. I can breathe but can't smell, my chest feels heavy, it's hard to swallow, and my nose won't let me smell. What could be the cause and what should I do?

I swallowed a Gaviscon tablet whole last night and now I have pain in the lower chest 10 seconds after I drink water. Is it related?
