I am scheduled to take an endoscopy on Tuesday. I also have anemia with tiredness. Is it safe to have an endoscopy?

Almost two months ago, my left shoulder between my collar bone and where it curves into my arm started hurting. I can lift my arm above my head halfway out to my side, but I can't extend it very far. For example, I have to use my right arm to close my car door, and I can't put any weight on my left arm. Sometimes my collar bone really hurts too. What could be wrong, and what can I do to alleviate the pain?

I have had non-stop nausea since April. An endoscopy showed an inflamed stomach, which is now healed, but the nausea persists. I've had every test possible with negative results. A doctor suggested an inner ear problem, but a brain scan showed no issues. I've been treated with promethazine and ondansetron, which rarely help. Why can't anyone figure out the cause of my nausea, and why have I received poor treatment from the medical profession?

I have a Grade 2 external hemorrhoid and I can't stop poop from coming out, it's thick like mud and just keeps flowing. There's no blood, but there's a lot of pain. I also feel like I have to pee but can't. Is this normal, and how long does it usually last?

I'm 29 years old, female, healthy weight, no medical conditions that I'm aware of, and definitely not pregnant. Twice now, I have had sudden onsets of dizziness and nausea on warm, sunny days after consuming a very small amount of alcohol. The first time, I was standing and experienced vision narrowing and hearing impairment, followed by a cold sweat and tingling skin. The second time, it happened while sitting, without the tunnel effect but with similar symptoms. What happened, and should I be concerned?

I had a complete knee replacement in May 2011, and since then, I have been experiencing severe pain on my right side, from my hip down to my calf. The pain and cramps last for 2-4 hours after lying down for 3-4 hours. I have been told that everything is in alignment, and I have an idiopathic scoliosis which has not caused problems. I am unwilling to undergo surgery again. What can be done for the relief of this pain?
