I have been experiencing upper back pain in my right shoulder blade for about 3 weeks, which has improved but now sometimes occurs when taking a deep breath. Additionally, I have noticed discomfort in my left neck starting today. The pain is dull and sometimes migrates to my lower back on the same side. I am a 25-year-old heavy equipment operator with no medical conditions and am not currently taking any medications. What could be causing this pain and what can I do to alleviate it?
