My arm is weak and my thumb is numb. I fell asleep with pressure on my wrist and woke up with a loss of coordination in my wrist and hand, which is almost back to normal now. Should I be concerned?

I had 5 stitches placed yesterday for a laceration on my right hand and tried taking ibuprofen but it isn't helping at all. I was told to contact my PCP for something stronger to help but I don't have one. What do I do?

I have a rash on my face that first appeared yesterday. I've been taking 60mg of prednisone, 40mg of Pepcid, and 50mg of Benadryl every 6 hours, with the prednisone taken every 12 hours. The rash could be due to an allergic reaction to Tide laundry detergent, being near a pine tree, or starting a new medication, doxycycline, which I took for six days but stopped two days ago. The rash has spread around my face, eyelids, and below my eyes, and I also have a small rash below my sternum. The rashes are not raised, slightly itchy, and some areas are dry, with no other symptoms except nausea and diarrhea. I haven't seen a dermatologist, only a regular MD, and I have severe allergies to plants. What could be causing this rash, and am I on the right medication regimen?
