I am under a lot of stress and experiencing dry heaves, occasional traces of blood in my spit, and constant tiredness. I work the overnight shift and feel like I want to heave after stressful events. Eating a slice of bread or chewing an antacid sometimes relieves the feeling, but I do not have stomach pains. Do I have the start of a peptic ulcer, or is it just nerves, or is it acid reflux? Besides losing weight, what else can I do to help myself?

I have had a bad case of diarrhea for over a month now, and my doctor can't seem to find the problem. They initially thought it was a GI tract infection. I have had blood work, urine tests, and stool tests, all of which came back normal. I was on strong antibiotics, which helped for a while, but the diarrhea has since returned. The diarrhea is very watery, and my stomach starts to cramp up after I eat. What could be causing this and what should I do next?
