I am worried about my ECGs, which have shown abnormal results over two days, including a prolonged QT interval, abnormal repolarization, and ischemia, despite normal echocardiograms and being cleared by my cardiologist. I have a family history of heart conditions and suffer from severe anxiety. What could these ECG abnormalities indicate, and should I be concerned about a potential heart attack or sudden death?

I went on a trip to Hawaii and started having excessive nasal discharge, ear crackling, and difficulty clearing my ears during flights. After returning to the states, my left ear did not clear, leading to continued nasal congestion, sinus pain, and a slight cough. I was prescribed Augmentin 875/125 and have been taking it for 3 days, but my left ear remains clogged. What should I do to resolve this issue, and at what point should I seek further medical attention?

I have a large keloid on my chest that is causing sharp pain in my left breast, which started on Thursday afternoon. The pain is shallow and feels like it's related to the keloid. I am 56 years old and have a history of arrhythmia and am on medication. Could the keloid be infected, and could it be causing pain in my left breast?

I was prescribed 40 mg of prednisone and 15 mg of meloxicam for RA. I started the prednisone and am on the last day (5 day course). Yesterday I felt a touch off balance. Is it ok to take just 10 mg of prednisone today? I also take ibuprofen now with no issues, should I expect no issues from the meloxicam?

I've been experiencing a variety of symptoms since late July, including dizziness, general unwellness, lower back pain, sciatic nerve pain, asthma, sore throat, night sweats, swollen lymph nodes, foot drop, nerve damage, abnormal EKG, heart palpitations, double vision, hearing loss, fuzzy vision during dizzy spells, weight loss, and muscle loss. I've had a history of gout, Raynaud's syndrome, arthritis, and potential rheumatoid arthritis. I'm also on a waiting list to be tested for Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease. What could be causing all these symptoms, and what tests should I ask my primary care physician to perform?

I have a high RBC count, hemoglobin, and TLC, along with symptoms like an inability to eat a lot of food, a severe cough, night sweats, fever, and tiredness. My symptoms worsen after meals and improve with exercise. My blood oxygen level and platelet count are normal. What could be causing these symptoms and what tests should I consider?
