I believe I had COVID-19 a little over a month ago, which lasted about 3 weeks. I have been symptom-free for 3 weeks now except for fatigue. I also have an 11-person household where everyone got sick differently. Is the fatigue an ongoing symptom or something I should get looked at? Also, unsure if related, a dog and a cat in the house have died of unknown causes, and several cats are sick with sinus issues. Can we just be passing COVID around as now I'm getting stomach issues as is several others in the house. Am I being paranoid or should I worry?

I have been having unexplained bleeding for almost two weeks. It was slowing down but now it's picked back up. I had an infection and used medication for that, but the blood went from barely noticeable to a lot more. I am 24 years old and have been prone to UTIs. I also had a miscarriage about two months ago. Are there any other factors I should consider or tests I should undergo?
