I believe I have Covid again. I had it in August. I had chills today and I have a fever of 100.7. Should I take aspirin now to reduce the fever, or should I wait till tomorrow when I go to the emergency room?

I’ve been very nauseous this entire day and have been trying my best to eat, but in the past 3 hours it has worsened and it hurts too much to eat. I have very sharp pain localized in my stomach area. I’m not using any medication and I’m 16 years old. I have anxiety and a fear of throwing up. I’ve had similar symptoms 6 years ago, and these symptoms are almost always there with varying intensity. Drinking tea and talking to a counselor makes me feel better, but my parents getting mad at me makes it worse. I’ve had constipation, tightness in the belly, difficulty breathing, and shivering. I saw a doctor 2 months ago and had a lab test on my stool for any bacteria, which came out negative. I’ll be starting mental therapy soon. I have no history of alcohol, drugs, or smoking.
