I believe my husband has sleep apnea. He is always sleepy, can fall asleep in under a minute anywhere anytime, sleeps through the night but snores very loudly, and his mouth is always open when he's asleep. He's also constantly tired. Is this sleep apnea, and what should we do?

I have been smoking marijuana off and on for roughly ten years. Recently, I noticed a mucous buildup in my throat and occasional swelling in my neck, especially after consuming sugary or acidic foods. The swelling seems to be worse on the right side of my neck and sometimes causes stiffness or pain when I twist my head. I stopped smoking marijuana a few months ago, but the symptoms persist. What could be causing these symptoms, and should I be concerned about cancer or other serious conditions?
