I breathed in a lot of dust from kitty litter about a week and a half ago, and since then, I've had a consistent, wet cough with chest tightness and difficulty breathing. I also feel more tired than usual. I had asthma as a kid and am not on any medications. Should I be worried, and is there anything I can do to help get the dust out?

I have had a virus for three weeks, which included coughing and a sore throat. I went to a walk-in clinic and was prescribed antibiotics, which helped clear up the cough, but now I have had severe diarrhea for a week after eating. My husband and I both have the same symptoms. What could be causing this and what can we do to alleviate it?

I've been dealing with erectile dysfunction (ED) for a couple of years now, and I'm only 26 years old with high blood pressure. Are there any other treatment options for me besides medication or safe ones that won't lower my blood pressure? I'm currently taking Valsartan 320mg once a day for blood pressure, and I've tried a penis pump without much success. Can a low-dose ED medication like Cialis work without significantly affecting my blood pressure? Is my high blood pressure, even though it's controlled with medication, likely the reason I'm experiencing ED at 26? My blood pressure with medication is usually around 124/80, sometimes reaching the 130s for systolic pressure. I also have asthma and have had high blood pressure since I was 16.
