I burned my fingers pretty bad and am unsure how to treat them. The fingers are very red, with the thumb being more painful than the pointer finger. I was picking up a spoon that was heated from the stove, even though it was 2 feet away from the burner. What should I do for treatment, and should I be on the lookout for any complications that might require urgent care?

I have been vomiting or heaving since Friday, with a brief respite on Sunday. The symptoms returned after eating something. I have vomited yellow bile a couple of times and mostly water during heaving. I experienced dizziness, chills, and numbness in the face after heaving. I am 77 years old and take Tylenol for an arthritic hip. I am unsure if I can keep water down and have discomfort and pain, wondering if I'm constipated or getting ready to have diarrhea. I have not eaten outside food recently. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I've been managing my symptoms with vitamins, herbs, and nutrients, but I'm considering using Ivermectin, which was initially bought for horses. I have a heart condition and COPD, and I'm wondering if Ivermectin is safe for me to use and if it's effective against Covid. My 4-year-old's fingers are swollen and red. They became painful suddenly about an hour ago. There is no rash on his body, and he has not been using any medications. He just finished eating dinner (carrots, beef, and rice) when he told me he couldn't bend his fingers. He has a cold, but tested negative for COVID-19 four days ago. We are in quarantine because his brother tested positive for COVID-19. What could be causing this and what should I do?
