I'm 20 years old, not sexually active, and still a virgin, but I'm experiencing more painful periods and cramps even when not on my period. I'm also obese. Should I visit a gynecologist, and what could be causing these symptoms?

I have a blockage and swelling in a couple of nerves in my right testicle. The swelling has been present for a few months and is sometimes painful. I also feel pain in two different parts of my body. I am 33 years old and not currently on any medications. My doctor has prescribed anti-inflammatory medication in the past, which temporarily reduced the swelling and blockage. I have had an ultrasound twice, the last one being a year ago, which showed no concern for testicular cancer. However, the swelling and pain are intermittent. Additionally, I sometimes feel pain in my right foot and right kidney, which I believe may be linked to the nerve issue. I had a hernia surgery three years ago, and the swelling problem started a year after the surgery. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do next?
