How do I stop chronic purpura and make it go away faster?

I hurt my back jumping from an airplane and was prescribed 10mg of Percocet. I am continuing to have issues when performing work-related tasks and was wondering if I could get a prescription for something weaker that will not make me feel as euphoric as Percocet. I have tried to get into see my care provider, but with time and the availability of appointments, it has been almost impossible.

I experience pain in my lower abdomen at times, which feels hot and tender when not in pain. My bowels are okay, and I eat sensibly, but I have irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). I am not taking anything for IBS and am on warfarin, so I need to be careful about what I take. Can you suggest anything for my IBS pain, and is there a diet I can try?

I'm 76 and overweight. My fingers and toes on the right side only are noticeably red and different from the left side. It starts midway of the foot to the toes and hand to the tips of the fingers. It's worse at the end of the day. I also have a rash on both feet, numbness and tingling in both hands, and significant swelling in my legs, feet, and ankles by the end of the day. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do?
