I developed chest pain last night after having sex and it still has not gone away. It hurts when I laugh or take deep breaths. I also have asthma and am on Prozac for OCD/anxiety, and dicyclomine for IBS. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I took Excedrin Migraine medicine 6 hours ago. Is it safe to breastfeed? It says to only take 2 tablets within a 24-hour period. Does that mean it’s still in my system for another 18 hours?

I'm experiencing severe burning pain in my stomach, which started on the left side and has now moved to the right side. The pain is constant, and I can't eat due to the discomfort. I've also thrown up twice and the pain has spread to my lower back. What could be causing this and what should I do?
