I have developed flesh-colored bumps on my face about 6 months ago, which are gradually getting worse and starting to itch. I am unsure if it's sebaceous hyperplasia or something else. I have tried using a BHA exfoliant and recently started a vitamin C serum, 1.5% salicylic acid, and AlphaRet retinol, but the bumps are not improving. What could these bumps be, and what products or treatments should I use to eliminate them?

I’ve had the nexplanon birth control for 4 years now. I got it replaced a little over a year ago and out of the blue I started my period the 19th of September. I haven’t had a period in a long time and would usually only feel symptoms of a period while on the birth control when I was extremely stressed. It was a very uncomfortable period and there was a lot of brown, dark red, and black discharge and lining. It ended the 25th and today October 1st I started cramping and bleeding again today. I’ve been on antibiotics on and off in the past month and a half due to me being sick and it’s caused me to have 3 back to back yeast infections. It was terrible having a yeast infection and an unexpected period at the same time. I just got over the last yeast infection about 5 days ago. I logged my first period and it said my next one wasn’t supposed to start until the 17th of October. I’m really concerned for my health and I want to know if it’s just my body changing, the birth control or if I need to see a doctor to see if I’m okay.

For the past few months, I've noticed swelling and some pain in my left breast on the left side by my underarm. The pain isn't severe, but it's quite annoying and feels very weird and swollen. My right breast on that side feels normal and isn't swollen like that. Any advice?

I keep seeing phosphenes when I close my eyes, even in the dark. The phosphenes are not bright flashes but varying shades of gray and black moving quickly, like looking into a flowing river. This started recently after an all-nighter, and I have to turn on the light to 'reset' my eyes. I have had floaters for a long time but no increase in them or difficulty seeing in low light. Could this be a stress response or something more serious?

I am two weeks post a motor vehicle accident in Florida. I am a 62-year-old healthy female with Hashimoto’s disease, GERD, and now this MVA. I have been unable to find a doctor who will see me in the office on a gurney as I am immobile. My pain is severe, ranging from 8 to 9 out of 10, and I have been unable to eat, sleep, or move without significant pain for 15 days. I have lost 20 pounds and am soiling myself in bed due to immobility. A CT scan on 5/9/23 showed a lot of fluid on my knee, and I have an MRI scheduled for 5/17. However, I am concerned about how I will transfer from the bed to the gurney due to my pain level and inability to move my left leg/knee. I need something to manage this pain, whether it is a muscle relaxer or another treatment. What can you suggest?
