I have a small lump in my ear lobe that is a bit larger than previous ones, which usually go away. I haven't had my ears pierced but have worn clip-on earrings that pinch. The lump is not painful, doesn't change skin color, and can only be felt. Could it be a keloid, a blood clot, or related to my low positive Lupus anticoagulant test? Should I be concerned about getting my ears pierced?

If a patient relapses and gets into another complete remission, when should the waiting period for the 1 year start (from time of bone marrow transplant or from when the bone marrow recovers from the second treatment and successful remission)?

A pacemaker has been recommended. What do you think about the urgency of getting a pacemaker, and what could happen if I don't get one?
