I experienced a minor electric shock from a light switch while turning on the light, which caused the bulb to blow and resulted in a weak and mildly painful sensation in my left hand and arm. The next day, I woke up with a severe headache on the left side of my head, a stuffed nose, and a general feeling of mental unwellness. Could this headache and altered mental status be related to the electric shock, or are they more likely due to a cold or sinus issues?

Today I noticed that my right calf looked a little swollen, it is 1 inch bigger than my left calf, looks a little puffy near the knee, not painful, not hot to touch, and no other symptoms. I am overweight and was working on my knees a little bit yesterday. Should I be concerned?
