I experienced a slight burning pain at the tip of my penis during urination yesterday, which has now stopped. However, the last two times I urinated, a small dark string substance came out with the urine, possibly dried blood. I am 60 years old, sexually active last week, and do not drink enough water, but I started drinking water mixed with apple cider vinegar yesterday. What could be the cause of this, and what should I do?

Am I dehydrated or is my Allegra causing dry mouth? I felt nauseous, my head muscles felt tight, and I have had post nasal drip for a couple of days. I drank 3 bottles of water today and threw up a bit. I also deal with a lot of anxiety and have been using Flonase multiple times today, about 7-8 times. My urine is not dark or deep yellow, but I feel uncomfortable and anxious in the moment.

I was prescribed Lamictal for bipolar disorder, which seems to be shifting more towards depressive episodes. I have a sulfa allergy and am concerned about the risk of Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (SJS). Should I be worried, and can I take Lamictal safely?

I've been suffering from mouth sores, extreme fatigue, joint pain, and diarrhea for some time. I have disabling anxiety and have been working with my doctor without finding a solution. I also use a CPAP machine and have been raising twin grandchildren in a stressful environment. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to alleviate them?

I have had a sharp pain starting on my lower back that also translates to my thighs and is accompanied by a headache. The pain has been constant for over 48 hours and does not go away. I have not engaged in any physical activity that could have caused it, and I have only taken Advil. What could this be?
