I experienced a sudden, brief episode of dizziness while getting dressed this morning, which is unusual for my chronic migraine dizziness. I also woke up with nausea that went away after taking Tums, and noticed watery stools. I have a mild form of lupus and fibromyalgia. What could have caused this dizziness and how should I proceed?

I am constantly experiencing a tight chest and throat restriction with breathing, which comes and goes. At night, I wake up breathing shallowly and feeling like my tummy muscles aren't working, causing me to feel floppy, while my back and ribs feel stiff and creak when I straighten up. I am also getting more tired with this condition. I have had ECG, EEG, X-ray, ultrasound, and a scope down my throat, all of which came back normal. What could this be?

I hear something moving in my ear. I haven't been able to clean my ear wax buildup for years because I can't see a doctor.
