I have been experiencing symptoms such as a garlic odor, stomach cramps, frequent soft or runny stools, bladder problems, left arm/shoulder pain or tingling, and difficulty breathing. I have been taking odorless garlic, B12, a multivitamin, Omega-3, vitamin C, calcium citrate with D3, and guaifenesin. I suspect an overdose of vitamins/minerals and wonder if they can become toxic or produce a poison in the right combination. Should I discontinue these supplements, and is there anything I can do to alleviate my stomach cramps and diarrhea?

For the past 4-6 weeks, I've been experiencing a consistent sick feeling and stomach discomfort, along with heart palpitations, changes in bowel movements, and a rash. I've had various tests including blood work, a glucose test, reflux test, ECGs, and a bowel test, all of which have come back clear or normal except for traces of blood found in the bowel test.
