I fell over a year ago and have been experiencing pain ranging from level 2 to 8 daily, especially in my hip joints and legs. Recently, I noticed a protrusion from my vaginal area that started bleeding like a nose bleed over the last three days. I suspect it might be a hernia or prolapse. I am 73 years old, have a history of a fused lumbar, and have tried various treatments without success. What could this protrusion be, and what should I do about it?

Why am I sweating at night for the fourth night in a row? I’m 33 years old, male, and recently got over a cold with ongoing loose stools. I’m not taking any medication and don’t use drugs. I don’t drink hot drinks at night, it’s not hot where I live, I sleep without a shirt and a blanket, and I don’t do any intense activities before bed.
