I am fighting PAWS (Post-Acute Withdrawal Syndrome) and have been advised by one doctor to take phosphatidylserine (PS) while another advised against it, fearing it might cause issues in my recovery. I am currently taking 300mg of PS at night, which seems to help with cortisol but causes palpitations around the same time I take it. I am considering switching to Siberian Ginseng. What is your recommendation on using PS for PAWS, and is Siberian Ginseng a suitable alternative?

I went to the doctor last week for pink eye and a blocked left nasal passage. I've had a sore throat with congestion for the past three weeks, which hasn't improved despite gargling with salt water, using lozenges, and throat spray. I tested negative for strep, flu, and COVID. Is there anything I can do to help my throat? It's starting to sound hoarse.
