I have been suffering from fever for the past 10 days, with chills at midnight and occasional body pains, particularly near the hamstrings and lower back. My breathing is good, and I don't have a cough or any pre-existing respiratory conditions. I tested negative for COVID-19. My fever is low during the day but rises to 100-101°F at night, accompanied by chills for 4-5 hours. I have been taking Paracetamol daily, but it only controls my fever for a limited time. I am worried because the fever has persisted for 10-13 days, with a brief period of feeling better followed by a relapse. What could be causing this and what can I do to get well soon?

I am 47 years old and have been experiencing vaginal burning after sex. The burning is more outside than inside, goes away after showering but returns, and I use VAGISIL pH balance gel for cleaning. I had a light white discharge and odor, which I thought might be a yeast infection. I used condoms initially but now have had unprotected sex. My periods are normal, and I'm not sure if I'm in perimenopause. There is no lubrication during sex, and I had sex without a condom recently.
