I had a 38-week internal check-up on Monday. The OB said my cervix is softening and not dilated yet, but it is 'long'. I'm feeling stomach cramps and tightening today. Could I potentially dilate from Monday and go into labor?

Can I please speak with you about a bump I noticed in my private area? The anal area is wet due to hydrocortisone cream application. I have no pain and am concerned if it could be an HPV mark.

I recovered from COVID about 3 weeks ago and have since developed 5 blood clots, 3 of which occurred despite being on anticoagulation therapy. I am concerned about a post-COVID inflammatory response and potential coagulopathies. What lab tests can be done to determine if I am experiencing a post-COVID inflammatory response, and what tests can be done to determine if/what coagulopathies are present?
