I had a colonoscopy where fragments of precancerous polyps were removed. The doctor couldn't finish the procedure due to my curvy colon and incomplete preparation. He suggested repeating the colonoscopy in 4 to 6 years but didn't document this. I'm concerned about the danger of leaving partial precancerous polyps and whether fragmenting them makes them easier to grow or harder to remove. Additionally, I have chronic kidney disease and other health issues, including proteinuria and high magnesium levels.

For the past few days, I have been experiencing a rapid urge to have a bowel movement (BM), accompanied by bloating and a mix of diarrhea and soft stool, with green BM color. I feel the need to go to the bathroom quickly and have an uncomfortable bloated feeling afterward. My diet has not changed, and I usually don't have this issue. I am nervous about what this could be. Additionally, I have a history of anal fissure and hemorrhoids, and recently experienced constipation and rectal bleeding. Is this condition contagious, and what foods or treatments would you recommend?
