I’ve been having brown discharge while on the pill and in the middle of a pack. The discharge comes and goes, has no odor, and is thin like normal discharge but very faint brown. I missed one birth control pill about five days ago but have not missed any others. I am 22 years old and have had a bit of burning on and off but no itching. What could be causing this and what can I do about it?

I was prescribed Dilaudid 1mg with Tylenol for kidney stone pain. I don't like how it makes me feel drowsy and loopy. Can I drink coffee to help reverse the effects of drowsiness? If I take 650mg Tylenol instead of 1000mg, will that lessen the side effects of Hydromorphone? I think I noticed a difference but I'm not sure if it was just a fluke.

My daughter was bitten by a dog today. The bite broke the skin. The owners said the dog was up to date on shots. Does my daughter need antibiotics? We cleaned the wound well with soap and water and used polysporin. She has used antibiotics before for an ear infection and UTI. It's been 6 hours since the bite, and she is fine with a small, clotted wound. She is 6 years old and healthy, with no other medical history.
