I had an epidural yesterday for back pain and also have diabetes. My blood sugar has spiked to 397. Should I go to the ER? I have constant achy back pain, increased fatigue, and feel warm. I take Trulicity shots once a week for diabetes, insulin daily at night, gabapentin, and vitamin B12. I did some power washing on my porch and it's been a week since my arms and legs (parts of my body that were not covered by clothes) are covered with small red itchy spots. Very itchy, I have been applying antiseptic, antibiotic, apple cider vinegar, but the itch is not going away and the tiny red spots are still on my arms and legs.
