I had a fever, body aches, a very painful throat that made it difficult to swallow, and was tired for 2 days. For the next 1.5 weeks, the sore throat has continued. Some days it is almost completely fine, others it is very painful on one side only, or on others it is painful much lower in my throat. Swallowing and eating is painful on the days there is pain. I've attached a picture of my throat. Currently, it is hurting on both sides. Any idea what I might have?

I also have dizziness, blurred vision, and sensitivity to light. I have a mild heart condition but am not on any medications, and I am 21 years old. My 4-month-old son is vomiting after every feeding today. He is using teething ointment and has been given Similac Pro Total Comfort formula. His temperature is 98.9°F, and he is having regular wet diapers. Should I take him to the hospital tonight or wait until morning to visit urgent care? Also, should I continue with Similac Pro Total Comfort or switch to Target's brand of the same formula?
