I had a grand mal seizure last September and have had several mini seizures since. I don't have a primary care physician (PCP) and am unsure what to do. The second seizure seemed less violent than the first. I am 26 years old and take 750 mg of levetiracetam twice a day. Should I seek emergency medical attention, find a local PCP, and see a neurologist? Also, should I continue working if I'm experiencing milder symptoms, or should I go to the emergency room?

What are some ways I can help my colon and digestive system, given that I am experiencing diarrhea and frequent bowel movements, possibly due to my diet while at college?

I’ve been having heart palpitations and some soreness in my left arm for the last couple of days. Should I be concerned? Do the palpitations start suddenly and keep going? Have you also noticed any dizziness or trouble breathing? What about new stresses? What are all the medications you're currently using, either for the palpitations or anything else? How old are you?

I've been experiencing fluctuating bloating, back pain, and abdominal discomfort over the past few days, with some stool changes. I am 58 years old and on medications including citralopram, lamictal, carbamazepine, and methylprednisolone. A recent colonoscopy was fine, but a GI doctor suggested a possible pelvic floor issue. What could be causing these symptoms, and what further tests or consultations are recommended?

Hi, I have this little pimple-like bump on my finger that hasn’t gone away for two weeks now. I’m 32 years old, 8 months pregnant, and taking Zoloft for anxiety and prenatal vitamins. I’m worried it might be something concerning, like malignancy. What could it be and should I be concerned?
