I had a myringotomy 3 weeks ago to address an 'ear fullness' feeling. Since then, I've experienced ear pain, headaches, and dizziness, which have not subsided despite using antibiotic drops with steroids. The ENT doctor referred me to a specialist for an MRI and further examination, stating that these symptoms are unusual for this stage post-procedure. Is my experience unusual, and can I expect the pain and headaches to subside in the next few weeks? Additionally, is it safe to use a NetiPot, and what other treatments might help alleviate my symptoms?

I've had a couple of funny episodes over the past few days where I feel a sudden dizziness/vertigo. It's as if the floor falls away from me for a second and I have to readjust my vision. I am very tired. Also, the family has had various viruses in the past couple of weeks so perhaps it is a viral thing. And I have quite bad neck and shoulder pain so I wonder if that might be contributing. In between episodes I feel alright, although sometimes a little bit of dizziness. Going through quite a lot of stress too, so I guess it could be anxiety. Can it be anything sinister? I don't think I have any other symptoms that are noteworthy but please do tell me if there are any I should be on the look out for.

Is there anything to be concerned about with my current health condition, and could it be related to dehydration?

I have a question about urine retention and infection. Specifically, I want to know how long a person can have an untreated urine infection or retain urine before they experience irreversible kidney damage.

I had a body rub massage where I'm unsure if there was accidental penetration. I didn't feel any penetration, and the person denied it. Am I at risk of HIV from this scenario?
