I had a painful lump under my left armpit that resolved after antibiotics, but now it has recurred. The lump is moderately painful when squeezed or pushed. The dermatologist has excised the lump and sent it for biopsy. I'm concerned about why this was done and if it could be something serious. The swelling I previously consulted you about was diagnosed as excess fat. What could be causing this recurring lump and should I be worried?

I have a question about my liver panel results. I wasn't fasted and ate kashi with almond milk about 45 mins before blood drawn. My test results are AST 30 in a 10-30 U/L, ALT 35 in a 6-29 U/L, ALP 65 in a 33-115 U/L, Bilirubin total 0.7 in a 0.2-1.2 mg/dl, Albumin 4.6 in a 3.6-5.1 g/dl, GGT was 42 out of 3-50 U/L, Uric Acid was 7.0 out of 2.5-7.0 mg/dl, MCH was 33.9 out of 27.0 to 33.0 pg, HDL cholesterol was 41, and Glucose was 111 out of 65-99 mg/dl. My good cholesterol was low, and I had elevated Glucose, ALT, and MCH. I am a 30-year-old female who was a heavy drinker for five years and recently started slowing down. I am worried about liver damage. Should I get an ultrasound, or am I just being too concerned?

I missed 3 days of 50 mg a day Spirnolactone (prescribed for acne, but I have had a bout of high blood pressure in the past 6 months as well), and I took it this morning with a protein shake, and about 3 hours later became very dizzy...almost fuzzy feeling like I could faint. It passed, but it scared me. Had it happen about a month ago as well while I was driving. Should I consult my doctor or is this normal? Felt it all over my body (almost a tingling feeling).

I have been experiencing episodes where I get tired, have headaches at the back of my head, feel weak, and have difficulty focusing, sometimes leading to a sensation of a seizure. I also feel nauseous, have difficulty swallowing, and experience a burning sensation throughout my body. My blood pressure was higher than normal during one episode, and I have also felt cold water in my veins and had severe calf cramps. I have degenerative disk disease, fibromyalgia, diverticulosis, and adult-onset asthma. My current medications include Levothyroxine, Topiramate, Estrogen, Progesterone, Gabapentin, Lyrica, and Lorazepam. What could be causing these episodes, and what tests should I ask my doctor to perform?
