I had a physical recently and my results showed some abnormalities. My microalbumin was high (37.8), the UMA/CR ratio was 38, and my creatinine was low (0.5). Also, my mono% was low (5.7). I'm trying to figure out what it means, possible problems, and next steps. My doctor didn't seem concerned, but I'm not convinced. I have pains in my arm and shoulder, abnormal bleeding during sex, and I've been more tired than usual. I've had sleeve surgery in 2016 and gallbladder surgery in 2014. I have diabetes and high blood pressure, both under control with diet only. What do these results mean, and what should I do next?
