I had a physical recently and my results showed some abnormalities. My microalbumin was high (37.8), the UMA/CR ratio was 38, and my creatinine was low (0.5). Also, my mono% was low (5.7). I'm trying to figure out what it means, possible problems, and next steps. My doctor didn't seem concerned, but I'm not convinced. I have pains in my arm and shoulder, abnormal bleeding during sex, and I've been more tired than usual. I've had sleeve surgery in 2016 and gallbladder surgery in 2014. I have diabetes and high blood pressure, both under control with diet only. What do these results mean, and what should I do next?

It’s almost 2am, and I can’t sleep due to trouble breathing deeply. I’m a 76-year-old female with sleep apnea, and using a CPAP machine is aggravating the issue. I’m alone and haven’t been able to reach my son or a neighbor. What are my options for safe remedies, or should I drive to the hospital emergency room?

My parathyroid level is 147, sed rate is 41. All of my muscles ache, I can't eat, zero energy, and depression because of this. I've been everywhere, short of the Mayo clinic and no doctor seems to know what to do. Where do I go from here?

I have injected myself and the area is warm to touch and inflamed. I haven't seen a doctor yet and am not taking any medications. What could be the issue and how should it be treated?

I have a bruise on my leg that appeared suddenly and has been changing rapidly. There was initial swelling that has since subsided, but the bruise looks worse and has been getting worse. There was no trauma or bite, and I see no punctures. Should I go to the ER, and is this condition serious?

My husband had a heart attack about 10 days ago. His arm where the angioplasty was done is bruised up to his elbow and very painful. He had an ultrasound and they didn’t find clotting, but today he woke with a rash only on the arm. Should we be concerned, and could this be a reaction to his medications or damage from the procedure?
